The Clarity Intensive– 2 HoursΒ

Β

What it is

Two hours. One decision. Clear direction, confident next steps.

A fully customized, one-on-one workshop-style session built around whatever you're facing β€” realigning your current role, deciding whether to push for more, or figuring out what's next entirely. No guesswork, no vague conversation. Just focused work on your specific situation, and a clear heading by the time we're done.

Who it's for

For anyone standing at a fork in the road β€” whether that's realigning where you are, rising into more, or reconsidering the path altogether.

Maybe you're weighing whether to stay, lean in, or leap into something of your own. Maybe you're picturing your career less like a ladder and more like a jungle gym, and you want help finding the next move. Maybe you're returning to work after a break and figuring out what "next" looks like this time. Maybe your industry has shifted under you, and the path you were on isn't there anymore. Maybe you're closer to entrepreneurship than you're willing to admit, and you just need to trust that instinct. Maybe you found yourself in an early retirement you didn't plan for. Or maybe you simply know you want more than what your Monday mornings currently offer.

Wherever you're starting from, this is for anyone ready to write their next chapter β€” or start an entirely new book.

What happens

Your session begins two weeks before we ever sit down together β€” not the day you arrive.

  1. You receive your workbook. Two weeks out, so you have time to get your thoughts down and arrive already oriented, not starting cold.
  2. We touch base. A short, easy exchange to get a first read on your problem space and start building trust.
  3. You complete a design brief. This is what makes the session fully customized, elevated, and built around exactly what you need β€” not a generic conversation.
  4. We meet. A creative, confidential space where you can finally say out loud what you've been turning over in your head. Together, we examine it from every angle until a next step comes into view β€” one you can act on immediately.

Sometimes that's a full decision. Sometimes it's the next leg of the journey. Either way, you leave with your confidence, your focus, and your clarity restored β€” and a plan you can actually move on.

What you'll leave with

A clear view of your path forward, a workbook, and session notes to keep β€” plus the confidence to act on what you've decided.

You'll also have a Quick Course Check available anytime in the 90 days that follow, for whenever a new idea surfaces or you want to revisit your plan. And once those 90 days pass, you're welcomed into Alumni Access, with a Recalibration Session available anytime you need one, for as long as you want to stay on course.

Investment

$600 CAD for a 2-hour session. Need more time, or would an in-person session serve you better? Both can be arranged at the design-brief stage β€” a good option if you think and process best that way. Want your session captured in writing? Add a synthesized report for $200.

FAQs / expectations

Is this career counselling? No. It's a customized, 1:1 workshop to explore your next move. Every career is different, so this space is built to give you the support, confidence, and trusted room to name your options, work through what's next, and leave with an action plan of your own.

How is this different from talking it through with mentors, colleagues, or friends? Those conversations are valuable β€” they surface real perspective. But at some point, all of that divergent thinking needs to converge. This session helps you cut through the noise and focus in on what actually matters to you: what's meaningful, what's purposeful, and what's genuinely yours to decide.

What else changes when I work through it this way? You stop spinning the same arguments in your head. You stop lying awake running through every possibility. You carry less of the overwhelm that comes from gathering everyone else's opinion. And you move toward what you actually want β€” faster, and with a lot more confidence than spinning your wheels alone ever gave you.

Always in confidence. Still at the helm.
