The Clarity Index:
Know what drives you. Chart what's next. More than feedback. A benchmark.

What it is

Relationship building, trust, influence, leadership — the things that get you the room, the client, the promotion — aren't things you can simply learn from a book. But they can be understood, and they can improve with awareness.

The trouble with feedback from friends, colleagues, or a 360 is that it's filtered — even well-meaning people rarely tell you the full truth of how you come across. The Clarity Index takes a different route: a validated, benchmarked look at your strengths, and at how those same strengths can work against you when you're stressed, uncertain, or stretched thin. It also gets at what's underneath all of it — the values and motives actually driving your decisions, so you're not just optimizing for how you're perceived, but for what's genuinely meaningful to you.

This is the gold standard in the field — research-based, not vibes-based — and it gives you something feedback alone can't: a real starting point for the a-ha moments that change how you show up when it matters. Leading a new team. Stepping up after an org change. Building a business, or steering one through a rough patch. Figuring out why the sales aren't landing. Explaining your strengths in a career pivot, while building the new muscles that pivot demands. It's especially valuable when you're validating a new direction — or aiming higher than you've aimed before.

Who it's for

For anyone ready to see themselves the way the room already does.

Maybe you're taking on more scope and want to walk in prepared. Maybe you're new to a role that suddenly demands relational strengths — as a founder, in sales, in leadership — that your last one never asked of you. Maybe you're an individual contributor eyeing leadership and want to be set up to succeed, not just promoted and hoped for. Maybe you're a small business owner or founder who needs to scale and isn't landing the contracts you expected to — or you're stepping into investor meetings, pitching for seed funding, and want to walk in knowing exactly how you come across. Maybe your role looks good from the outside but doesn't actually run on what drives you. Or maybe you're interviewing well on paper but not converting — which, more often than not, has nothing to do with your resume and everything to do with how you come across in the room.

Wherever you're headed — realigning, rising, or reconsidering — this gives you the benchmark to navigate it with your eyes open.

What happens

  1. You're welcomed aboard. A personal email and a short context-gathering survey to help us understand what you're hoping to learn.
  2. You complete your Hogan assessment, online, at your own pace — no time pressure, no wrong answers. Most people finish the full battery in under an hour.
  3. You receive your benchmarked results. We meet 1:1, confidentially, for 90 minutes to unpack what they reveal — how your personality is likely perceived by others, and where that perception can quietly work for or against you.
  4. You leave with a plan. We explore how the results show up in your day-to-day and map out how to apply this insight going forward — whether that means realigning, rising, or reconsidering your next move.

Entirely online — this can be done from anywhere.

What you'll leave with

A validated, benchmarked understanding of how you're perceived by others in working relationships — and a clear-eyed view of your own strengths, including how they can tip into liabilities under pressure. Many clients find this is also where real confidence takes root: it's easier to trust yourself once you have research-backed data in hand, not just a hunch.

You'll leave with a written record of your session notes, your raw Hogan reports, and a concrete plan for putting your insight to work — as leverage, not just information.

Investment

$1,100 CAD for a 90-minute session, including your Hogan assessment. That covers the assessment license, a certified interpretation of your results, and the 1:1 session itself — done fully online. (Written synthesized report: pricing coming soon.)

FAQs / expectations

I've already taken personality tests at work — Myers-Briggs, Enneagram, DISC. Why is this different? Hogan is the validated, gold-standard assessment — used by roughly 75% of Fortune 500 companies to evaluate leadership readiness and guide hiring decisions, though its reach extends well beyond that. The tests you've likely taken before tell you about yourself. Hogan tells you how others experience you — and it's the only one of the three that's scientifically researched and validated.

How do I know I'm being benchmarked accurately? Hogan's benchmarks are continually recalibrated against the current working world — not a static, catch-all personality bucket, but a measure that reflects the social and workplace norms of right now. That means your results are relevant to today, and you leave with an assessment you can immediately start testing against your own real-world interactions.

Always in confidence. Still at the helm.
